VTrak Monitor app for iPhone and iPad

VTrak Monitor is a revolutionary app that enables customers who have deployed Promise VTrak Ex30 systems to remotely monitor their systems through iPhone, iPod and iPad.

If you are away from work for lunch, a quick coffee or a vacation, managing your VTrak is just a touch away.

Setting up is a breeze. Hit the + sign on the right to either add VTrak system by IP Address or search using Bonjour. You can add multiple systems to be monitored by the App.

The VTrak Monitor home screen gives a quick health overview of all the systems being monitored and provides information about systems that are healthy/warning/critical.

A tap on the on the system of interest enables the user to drill down further into the system details.

Key features of the App include

• Summary page provides health status of all the components like controllers, disks, power supplies, etc. So it is quick and easy to locate any area of interest during monitoring
• Device view offers enclosure level view of the system including Front/Back views and internal component view
• Events enables the user to get a view of all system events
• Configuration page helps drill down in to the storage array configurations and locate the different enclosures, physical drives, arrays, logical drives and spares in a system
• Support page enables direct access to free worldwide 24 X 7 Promise technical support by placing a call or sending email thru the app
• For additional configuration and management of the system, the manage page enables the user to directly access the web based interface of the system within the app
